While we don’t anticipate any delays in reaching a Client Services Representative, we encourage plan participants to use one of our self-service options available through our digital channels. Participants can efficiently manage their account online or through our mobile app.
We know the recent market volatility is unsettling. It’s important for retirement plan participants to have the appropriate asset allocation for the level of risk they feel comfortable taking.
